- 4 tbsp sour cream
- pinch of chipotle chili powder
- 1 tsp water
- salt and pepper
Mix the sour cream, pinch of chipotle powder and h2o together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

For this chili recipe, I like to height it with Monterey jack cheese, chipotle crema and jalapeno slices.
Other popular chili toppings include green onions, cheddar cheese, and diced crimson onion.
How to Make Instant Pot Chili with Ground Beef and Beans
This recipe is so easy to whip up! The hardest role is chopping the onion and jalapeno.
Here's how to make it:
- Dice the onion and jalapeno. Slice the 2d jalapeno and set bated for topping.
- Put Instant Pot on saute setting and add 1 Tbsp vegetable oil. Afterward oil is hot, add ground beef, diced onion, diced jalapeno, chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Saute until meat is browned and onions are soft, about half-dozen to 8 minutes. Drain about one-half of the grease from the pot.

- i tsp water
- common salt and pepper
Instructions
